Vollick McKee provided comprehensive site design services for the project that included condominium, rental and commercial tenants.
Work included:
• Designing a walkway and plaza for the main entrance to the condominium tower that is set back from the street.
• Designing an entry plaza for commercial tenants;
• Designing a formal entrance for the rental tower;
• Designing a sunken driveway entrance with terrace walls;
• Designing an interior courtyard plaza featuring raised planters, paved and lawn areas, and shrub beds; and
• Planting design on both the roof deck and at grade to define public and private spaces and provide privacy screening for ground level units.
